I’ve become addicted to these peach twisted teas and now you can drink them all summer long with way less sugar!

Recipe below 👇 

Skinny peach twisted tea:
- diet peach tea (used Arizona)
- juice of half a lemon
- 1.5 oz titos vodka 
- sliced peaches
- mint to garnish

Mix everything in a cocktail shaker and enjoy ive rice!

Turkey bacon breakfast burrito with arugula

- 1 egg
- 3 TBS egg whites
- 2.5 pieces Turkey bacon
- 1 wedge low fat laughing cow cheese
- carb counter tortilla
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese 

Sautee arugula for a few minutes with lemon juice. Remove from pan and fry Turkey bacon. Remove from pan. Whisk 1 egg, egg white, cottage cheese and seasoning. Scramble eggs. Warm 1 tortilla and spread with laughing cow cheese. Layer in eggs and bacon and roll burrito. Top with hot sauce or salsa. Enjoy!
